John F. Taylor
President, John F. Taylor and Associates

Mr. Taylor earned a B.S. degree in Engineering from
Stanford University and attended law school at USC.
Mr. Taylor was a partner of Ward/Davis Associates
for 18 years, serving as Manager of Sales and
Marketing for this high-tech electronics firm. He later
became President/CEO of Group Three Electronics, a
computer peripherals distribution and service
company with offices throughout the western United
States.

Mr. Taylor has been a guest speaker on the art of
valuing businesses for many graduate business
classes at universities throughout Southern
California. He has also been featured and quoted in
nationally syndicated columns regarding techniques
for preparing a business for sale and negotiating
transactions to a successful close. He is a licensed
real estate broker and has been involved in the
mergers and acquisitions field since 1982. In
addition, Mr. Taylor provides mediation services, both
private and pro bono, for the State of California. He
opened his own office in 1989.

Mr. Taylor was a member of the 1964 U.S. Olympic
Volleyball Team, and serves on a number of Boards
of Directors, both private and non-profit.
