Kimberly Posin

Kimberly Posin received her Master of Dispute
Resolution degree from the
Pepperdine
University School of Law, Straus Institute of
Dispute Resolution in 2006.  Prior to attending
Pepperdine, she graduated
cum laude from
Tulane University, New Orleans with Honors in
Political Science.  She is Mediator/Administrator
for the
California Academy of Mediation
Professionals (CAMP) and Case Administrator for
First Mediation Corporation (FMC) in Encino, CA.  
Kimberly regularly mediates at the Michael
Antonovich Antelope Valley courthouse in
Lancaster, CA, and has facilitated resolutions in
various types of cases.  Kimberly’s expanding
mediation practice also includes telephone
conciliations and Criminal Misdemeanor
mediations.
